Deutsche Börse Adjusts Composition of SDAX, TecDAX and DivDAX

Changes are effective as of 22 March 2010

3 March 2010

Deutsche Börse: On Wednesday, Deutsche Börse announced changes to its indices: In SDAX Balda AG and Amadeus Fire AG will replace Curanum AG and Arques Holding AG. In TecDAX Singulus Technologies AG will replace Rofin Sinar AG.

In the dividend index DivDAX Linde AG will replace the share of Lufthansa AG. This change is based on the fast exit rule. According to this criterion, companies will be excluded from DivDAX once they have announced that they will not pay dividends in the current year.

All changes will take effect 22 March 2010.
